Steve Russell, Neighbor

    I have worked in medical and biotech research and development for over 20 years.  While I work with scientists to do our best to develop medicines to cure disease, I believe diet and exercise are the most important and first defense to fight disease and bring good health.    While not at work or harassing people about their junk food habits, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys, coaching AYSO soccer, practicing yoga, walking our Alaskan Malamute, Kenai, and enjoying vegan restaurants and cooking.
