It offers classes in computer usage, technician-level computer training, onsite tech services and refurbished computers. The organization was founded by Court Skinner.

In 1989, a committed group of community members joined together, united by a mission to "promote academic and personalMore success for motivated middle-school students from under-resourced communities." Today, that vision has come to fruition in the form of the Peninsula Bridge Program, which provides educational enrichment to over 250 low-income students each year in the East Palo Alto, East Menlo Park, Redwood City and San Mateo communities.

Family Connections, formerly known as the East Palo Alto Child Center, is in a portable building on the Belle HavenMore school campus. The program is designed to encourage positive parent and child interaction, as well as instill a sense of limitless potential into the kids in the program. The program is based in San Caros. Its mission is to provide free preschool for children from low-income families throughout San Mateo County.
