Nestled in the heart of the civic center, this community services building functions as a place where individuals can…More immerse themselves in the activities that electrify Menlo Park.
Cherise Brandell, Community Services Director, compiles an activity guide each season that contains all the action-packed, skill-building courses provided by the city for youths, seniors and all ages between. During the summer months, classes include, Hungarian Dance, Fairy Tale Theater and Kik Sool Won. Registration and payment for classes take place at this location.
The rooms in this building, which range from small to large in size, are available to rent for weddings and parties. Inquire at the front desk for details.
The center stands in between a large lawn, used to play a variety of sports activities, and a duck pond. Although signs request that people not feed the ducks, the eager behavior of the feathered friends who flock here suggests the rules have been summarily ignored.
Tennis court keys for city-owned courts are available for purchase here, too.
