Everything at Ann's is made from scratch, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the staff is friendly and personable.</p> <p>Part-owner, Nicki Paplos, described the customer experience as coming to one's second home. "This is my office," a regular customer named Gary, said. "People call me here when they can't find me at home."</p>
