Jobs are divided by subject, like science and practical life. Students can choose to work with a friend or work by themselves to complete a job. When they have finished it, they can put it back on the shelf and get another one, completing as many as they would like within the time allotted. </p> <p>This middle-of-the-Road Montessori allows children to work together.  The classrooms are a bit louder than strict Montessori classrooms, in which students are expected to quietly work alone while monitored by a teacher. </p>
