Stock Up on Books at the Library's Sale

The Friends of the Menlo Park Library booksale takes place Sunday, 12-4 p.m.

Looking to expand your personal collection of books, without paying a premium price?

Then, surely you won't want to miss Sunday's Friends of the Menlo Park Library booksale, taking place in the downstairs meeting room of the , 800 Alma St., from noon to 4 p.m. 

Library staff members say all can expect "exceptional quality books" for all ages and interests to be on sale. That means fiction, mystery, literature, biography, history, religion, philosophy, art, children's books, teens' titles - whatever your heart may desire.

All proceeds from the sale will benefit the Menlo Park and Belle Haven libraries. 

Can't make it to the sale on Sunday? Don't forget, you can support the libraries year-round by visiting the Friends Bookstore, located inside the Menlo Park Library, and making a purchase. The store is restocked daily with a wide selection of books for all ages and interests. Have books you need to get rid of, to make room for the new ones? You can donate your gently-used books year-round by dropping them off during library hours.
