Menlo-Atherton Makes Top 15 List of Most Home Sales Over $1 Million

In the Fall 2013 Luxury Market Report from Coldwell Banker, Menlo Park/Atherton was listed as number 13 on the list of Top 20 U.S. ZIP codes with the highest number of luxury home sales. The list covers a 12 month period ending in summer 2013.

One Bay Area city made the list ahead of MP/Atherton. Saratoga ranked #7. Also in the top 20 were Cupertino (#16) and Los Altos (#19).

Coldwell Banker does separate lists for homes sales above $5 million and $10 million.
