The San Mateo County Elections Office Candidate Roster shows two people from , two and two from East Palo Alto are running for the District 4 Seat on the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors.
from Menlo Park is also actively campaigning.
District 4 encompasses all three of those towns along with a few unincorporated areas of the county, accounting for about 150,000 people, according to census data.
