PHOTO GALLERY: Republicans Take Away Many Kodak Moments from Convention

More than 1,000 came to the Hyatt in Burlingame from around the state for the weekend convention.

Some continue to push for Romney, others were enthralled by Newt Gingrich's personal appearance during Saturday's luncheon. Ron Paul supporters handed out free t-shirts.

Whoever their choice, Republicans at the State Convention held over the weekend were united in their desire to replace Barack Obama in 2012.

i wonder about using kodak as a metaphor - they are defunct; bankrupt. Republicans take away many bankrupt memories?

You all know me; I've been a die-hard conservative republican since I was vote-eligible in 1989. But I am concerned about the party. I'll be voting for Obama this year, as I cannot connect with any republican running at the moment. Maybe I'll convert to the independent party!

well - i'm a progressive and strongly thinking about registering as independent too.
