Menlo Park city staff will be discussing where affordable housing can be placed within city limits Tuesday evening.
A panel of volunteers called the Housing Element Update Steering Committee will be scrutinizing this issue in depth, during a meeting at the Arrillaga Family Gymnastics Center.
