Menlo Park residents may bring household hazardous waste including paint, thinners, motor oil, batteries, fluorescent lamps, pesticides, herbicides, pool and photo chemicals, drain openers, and cleaning solvents to a special drop-off location in central Menlo Park on Saturday, August 13th. There is no charge to participate, but residents must make an appointment at (650) 363-4718 (24 hours a day) or www.smhealth.org/hhw.
