Democrats Throwing Presidential Debate Watch Party in Menlo Park

Doors open Wednesday afternoon.

Presidential Candidates Mitt Romney and Barack Obama will be debating Wednesday, October 3rd, an event that will be live streamed to millions of homes throughout the country. 

In Menlo Park, the located at 350 El Camino Real will be opening its doors and broadcasting the event on a wide screen.  Refreshments and candidate critiques will be served during the watch party.

The debate is expected to last 90 minutes and begins at 6 p.m.  The doors will be opened to the public at 5 p.m.

The DVC is a campaign field headquarters that is run by volunteers.  The center's purpose is to get Democrats elected to all levels of government and pass progressive initiatives.

So happy that story about Google killing the Google Reader app was a joke. Google Reader is myRead More favorite way to read the Menlo Park Patch. Without Google Reader, I would miss all the great articles here.
