Athertonians hosted a forum for the 2012 Atherton City Council Candidates on Friday to hear their perspective on local issues.
Four candidates are competing for two open seats on the Council.
The candidates are:

Denise Kupperman
Elizabeth Lewis
Cary Wiest
The candidates addressed questions about high speed rail, this election's ballot measures, and the town budget and staffing needs.
