Unnamed Victim Stabbed in Menlo Park

Incident took place at office building caddy corner to the Caltrain station.

Menlo Park Police are investigating a stabbing that took place this morning in the 1100 block of Alma Street.

Police had placed a yellow tape around the area, preventing employees from getting into the building all morning.

Information is limited as detectives are interviewing the victim to corroborate the narrative of what took place, said Police Spokesperson Nicole Acker. All that is certain is that someone was stabbed around 5 a.m. The victim was sent to Stanford Hospital and is expected to recover, according to Acker.
