East Palo Alto Man Shot in Leg

Police seek information from public.

A 19-year-old man was shot in the leg in East Palo Alto Sunday, police said. The shooting was reported around 2:45 a.m. in the 300 block of Azalia Drive, according to police.

Officers arriving on the scene located the victim, who was suffering from a single gunshot wound to his leg. Police said the 19-year-old East Palo Alto resident was taken to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. No suspects were arrested in connection with the shooting.
