Man with Medical Condition Missing
Runfa Wang has speech resembling a small child, but is not likely to be speaking at all due to a medical condition.
San Mateo police have reached out to surrounding communities to help locate the man pictured above.
Runfa Wang, 50, was last seen early Tuesday morning near Coyote Point.
Wang, who is 5'11" and 170 pounds, was last seen in a dark hat and jacket with light blue jeans and white shoes.
Police say he has speech resembling a small child, but he is not likely to be speaking at all due to a medical condition.
