A 45-year-old man was fatally shot in East Palo Alto on Sunday evening, police said.
East Palo Alto police responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the 1500 block of Bay Road at 9:55 p.m. and found Rodolfo Navarro Balderas lying between two parked cars. He had been shot multiple times.
The East Palo Alto man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. No motive or suspects have been identified.
