Fire Fighters Raise Thousands for Charity in Menlo Park

The Menlo Park Firefighters Association raised money for the Muscular Dystrophy Assocaiation by hitting the streets of Menlo Park.

The Menlo Park Fire Fighters Association, announced totals from their Fill The Boot fundraising campaign Monday.  

Volunteer firefighters from Menlo Park held empty boots on the corner of El Camino Real and Ravenswood, asking drivers to fill their boots with cash. 

The firefighters raised a total of $8,827.54.  

Proceeds from the fundraiser go to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
