Explosions at Boston Marathon: Menlo Park and Atherton Participants

We have a complete list of the 11 from Menlo Park and 1 from Atherton who are registered as runners.

A day of celebration has turned into tragedy and chaos as two explosions take place about an hour after the first man crossed the finish line in Boston today.

Boston PD: two dead, 23 injured.

According to the Boston Athletic Association website, 11 people registered for the race from Menlo Park and 1 from Atherton.

Initial reports are calling the explosions the result of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
