East Palo Alto police are still trying to determine a motive in a
Tuesday evening shooting that left three city residents wounded.
Officer Veronica Barries said police are on the lookout for a
gray, gold or silver Toyota Corolla that might have been the getaway vehicle
in the shooting, which occurred shortly after 8 p.m. in the 1000 block of
Myrtle Street, near Pulgas Avenue.
The three victims, one a juvenile, were all taken to hospitals and
are expected to survive. The victims are cooperating with police, Barries

"We're still investigating at this point, we're in the preliminary
stages and we're not ruling anything out yet," Barries said.
