Castilleja Teacher Resigns Amidst Sexual Misconduct Allegations

The alleged incidents took place at previous teaching assignments.

An English teacher who taught at Castilleja School in Palo Alto for 21 years has resigned after allegations of sexual misconduct were made by former students from other states, according to the Daily News.

No charges have been filed against the teacher, who has not been publicly named.

The alleged incidents took place in Texas and Tennessee in the 1980s.

Castilleja is a private girls school. Administrators  say that they’ve notified parents and alumnae about the allegations but no one has stepped forward with similar complaints.
