Join us at the next volunteer meeting for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network's Silicon Valley Affiliate to find out how YOU can take action in the fight against pancreatic cancer. This meeting will be full of the latest information, special guests from our National Office, giveaways for meeting attendees and refreshments. We have changed the location of our usual meetings and realize that this will be an inconvenience for some, but we hope that this new location will make it possible for others to join us as well.

Join the Silicon Valley Affiliate of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network tomorrow Wednesday, May 21st at 6:00 P. M. and find out how you can join the fight against pancreatic cancer. Help us kick-off the planning and volunteer for PurpleStride Silicon Valley 2014 a 5K timed run and awareness walk through Discovery Meadow. 

 

You will also be able to connect with the Silicon Valley Affiliate leadership team and learn how to raise even further awareness in our community

There will be refreshments and special giveaways for meeting attendees!

NOT to dilute PanCan’s efforts but to supplement them …

There are two different Support Groups at Stanford relevant to pancreatic cancer.  One is specifically for pancreatic cancer on the 2nd Wednesday each month (Camille.Wheatley@gmail.com) while the other is for Gastroenterology Caregivers on the 1st  Wednesday each month (RKenemuth@stanfordmed.org).  Both meet on 875 Blake Wilbur in room CC2105 of the Cancer Center at 6PM.
