Lil Oscar is very excited about being in the Menlo Park Halloween Parade on Saturday. He's our Very Specially-Abled, 14-year old Shih Tzu. He threw 2 discs in his back on, believe it, Halloween of 2000.
For 12 years he's been unable to use his hind legs. Several years ago we built a Covered Wagon to fit over his Wheelchair and he's been inspiring everyone who sees him parading down the streets. He was in the Menlo Bark Parade last year and won for Best Costume from Patch. We decorate his Wheelchair for each event.
