Parking in downtown Menlo Park reopened Monday.
It features almost 80 spaces where vehicles can park for .
Construction on the lot is not yet complete, as indicated by the orange cones and traffic obstruction devices still strewn around the perimeter.
Lighting and landscaping are scheduled to be added in February 2012.
