Talk on Stigma of Mental Illness

Special community event sponsored by Beit R'fuah, Beth Am's support group for those coping with mental illness and the family and friends who support them.  

Members of the larger Peninsula community are invited to hear a presentation by UC Berkeley Psychology Professor Stephen Hinshaw, author of The Mark of Shame: Stigma of Mental Illness and an Agenda for Change, Oxford University Press.  The talk will be in the sanctuary on the upper campus.
