Holiday Wine Pairings

Want
to learn more about choosing the best wine to accompany your holiday

dinner?  Join classically trained Sommelier Stephen Deyton for a tasting

workshop that’ll enhance your appreciation of wine flavors and textures. 

Learn to re-identify key tastes on the tongue, identify fruits  by

taste and pair wine with some classic holiday dishes through the use

of complement, contrast and enhancement. 

Stephen has a degree
in wine from the University du Vin a Chateau Suze-la-Rousse, worked
as a Cellar Master/Sommelier at Michael Mina and has conducted many
tasting dinners at his current location as Wine Director/Sommelier at Sens
restaurant.
