Serving a limited a la carte menu plus three holiday prix fixe four-course menus, one with Turkey Ballantine as the entrée for $50.50 per person, one with prime rib of beef “au jus” as the entree for $58.75, and one with Champagne Risotto as the entrée for $45.50 per person. The turkey prix fixe will include turkey breast filled with exotic mushrooms and chestnuts, braised herb crusted turkey thigh, adobo gravy, mashed sweet potato, cornbread muffin, broccoli purée and cranberry chutney, plus soup or salad, an appetizer and dessert. The beef prix fixe will include 12 ounces of slow roasted prime rib of beef “au jus” with leek and Yukon gold creamy potato gratin, Brussels sprouts with braised pork belly, Gruyere popover and horseradish crème fraîche, plus soup or salad, an appetizer and dessert. The risotto prix fixe will include fresh picked chanterelle mushrooms, arborio rice, organic broccolini, royal trumpet mushrooms and Parmigiano Reggiano crème fraîche, plus soup or salad, an appetizer and dessert. There will be an $11.50 children’s menu offered to those 12 years and under.
