Recycle gently used coats through the “Coats for Kids” Program sponsored through Recology San Mateo County and the City of Menlo Park. To participate, residents can recycle coats in a clear plastic bag, labeled “Coats for Kids” on top of (or next to) their blue recycle cart on their regular collection day during the week of November 5th to 9th.

Gently used coats can also be dropped off at the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center 700 Alma Street from 8:00AM – 9:00PM Monday – Thursday and 8:00AM – 6:00PM Friday or at the Arrillaga Gymnastics Center 501 Laurel Street from 8:30AM – 8:00PM Monday – Friday.

For more information, contact Menlo Park’s Environmental Program at (650) 330-6740 or email recycle@menlopark.org. You may also visit Recology’s website at www.RecologySanMateoCounty.com.

So happy that story about Google killing the Google Reader app was a joke. Google Reader is myRead More favorite way to read the Menlo Park Patch. Without Google Reader, I would miss all the great articles here.
