In addition to limited a la carte options, there will be a $71.50 four-course prix fixe menu with entrée choices of Surf & Turf with pan seared grass-fed fillet mignon, a half of a grilled Maine lobster tail, savory popover, spinach flan, Béarnaise and cabernet wine reduction; or Chef’s 18 Oz Cut Prime Rib-Eye Steak dry rubbed with shaved Oregon black truffles, with twice baked potato, gourmet mushroom gratin and flaming cognac peppercorn sauce. Complimentary party favors and a midnight glass of sparkling wine.
