Author David Carnoy (The Big Exit) @ Kepler's

Author David Carnoy, an editor at CNET, currently lives in New York but grew up in Menlo Park and has written two mystery/thrillers that take place in and around Menlo Park. His debut novel, Knife Music (2010), was a bestseller on the Kindle and Nook.

Publishers Weekly says his new Silicon Valley thriller, The Big Exit, has it all: "A convoluted but convincing plot, a likable protagonist facing terrible odds, and a meaty supporting cast working for and against him...this exceptionally satisfying murder puzzle should whet readers' appetites for more."

Carnoy will discuss the research that went into writing The Big Exit and the challenges of setting a thriller in Silicon Valley.
