Obama Leaves Atherton in Style [PHOTOS]
After a whirlwind two days of fundraiser in San Francisco and Atherton, President Obama is returning to the Capitol.
President Barack Obama has left Atherton after attending two fundraisers to benefit the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
Around 10:10 a.m., the president landed at the Menlo Park Circus Club then departed for the home of Liz Simons and Mark Heising where brunch tickets went for $32,400 each. He then drove to the home of Marcia and John Goldman for a lunch fundraiser at $1,000 per person.
During his visit, protesters against the Keystone XL Pipeline peacefully called for the president to reject the pipeline, citing environmental concerns.
