Update: Missing Palo Alto Woman Found Safe

Naomi Brown, who has dementia, was found in good condition.

Update: 7 p.m.:  Police in Redwood City located an 85-year-old Palo Alto woman who was reported early Saturday morning from an assisted living center.

The Palo Alto Police Department seeks the public’s help to locate a missing at-risk elderly woman.

Naomi Brown, a white 85-year-old female who suffers from dementia, left Lytton Gardens at 649 University Ave. around 10:45 a.m.

She’s described as being about 5 feet tall and 170 pounds. Brown last wore a white jacket with black embroidery, dark pants and a multi-color hat with silk flowers on it. She uses a walker and carried green colored cloth bag with her. 

If asked, Brown might say that she’s from Half Moon Bay or that she’s on her way there.

If anyone see her they are encouraged to call the Palo Alto Police at 650-329-2413.
