On the Fringe is an old-school-retail shop in Redwood City open just for the 2013 Holiday season. A mom and pop pop-up shop, if you will...

On the Fringe has revamped furniture, appealing art gifts, succulent planters & unique decorator items. The artists at On The Fringe give new life to antique or vintage items for your home. They find keepsakes at the Habitat for Humanity Restore and add color and a new finish, often using chalk paint and wax, upcycling fun furniture in the style of popular London artist, Annie Sloan

Choose something that we have revamped or enjoy our studio where you can let your DIY decorator's talents blossom.  If you'd like, we can collaborate on an old favorite piece you have hidden away...... or you can take an art class to paint simple furniture or make holiday cards and gifts...... You could get some pals together for an afternoon or evening of your favorite craft party or creative celebration!!

Collectors will find custom wooden-ladder style shelving units that are perfect for storage or display. They come any size, with or without fringe, your colors or unfinished bare wood. We also offer gift items like the ones in our snapshot section

Closed for siesta, classes and special events 12:30-4:00 PM
