On Easter Sunday, April 20, LB Steak in Menlo Park will be open extended hours, serving brunch (10:30 a.m. to 2:30 PM) and dinner (2:30 to 8:00 p.m.) and offering a special a la carte brunch menu and limited regular menu items and, for dinner, limited selections from the regular menu. Also, a prime rib prix fixe meal will be available all day for $29.95 per person, and include prime rib, a twice baked potato, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, chives, spring vegetables and thyme au jus. Prices do not include tax or gratuity. The brunch menu will include a Belgian waffle with macerated fresh fruit, orange butter and blueberry compote ($12.50); steak and eggs, 8 oz. of prime rib with lemon thyme au jus, a sunny side up egg and twice baked potato cake ($19.25); eggs Florentine with baby spinach, crispy bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce ($10.95); maple glazed pork belly with apple brioche pudding and a fried egg ($12.50); and a warm beignet with chocolate sauce and seasonal berries ($8.75).
