New Restaurant Brings Fresh Take on Gourmet Food

Watch Executive Chef Guillaume Bienaime create a homemade short-rib agnolotti at his new restaurant Portola Kitchen.

Every week we visit a chef in the Menlo Park-Atherton community and ask him or her what they're cooking for dinner. 

This week, Chef Guillaume Bienaime invited us to his new restaurant Portola Kitchen. (He used to run the kitchen at Marché in Menlo Park.)

Come into the kitchen with us to see how he makes the short-rib agnolotti.
