Reader's Choice: Who Serves the Best Sushi in Town?

Which sushi restaurant in Menlo Park is your favorite?

Which restaurant serves up the best sushi in Menlo Park? Patch wants you to tell us all about it in this week's Patch Readers' Choice survey.

You have until Friday at 9 a.m. to tell us what you think about your favorite sushi restaurant by voting for it in the poll, leaving a comment about it after this story or leaving a review in our directory. Patch will announce the winner on Friday.

Please choose from the following restaurants:

Because this poll is not scientific, the poll is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and your comments and reviews. So please vote only once per survey, per Patch site, and feel free to back up your vote with a comment or review!

Is there a great sushi place in Menlo Park we missed? Tell us in the comments.

Do you also have a favorite sushi restaurant in a nearby city, such as Redwood City, Palo Alto, Belmont or San Mateo? Click on the links to visit those Patch sites and you can vote in their polls to show your favorite place some love as well!

Kaygetsu was the best Japanese restaurant in town, by far. Probably the best Japanese restaurant in Silicon Valley. The owners retired a few months ago and also retired the name. A new restaurant at the same location is called Mitsunobu. I haven't been there yet, but I've heard it is also very good.

Did they hire the old staff?

The Chronicle said the head chef and most of the staff are the same.

Hmm. This may require some primary research to independently confirm whether the food there is still awesome. (:
