French Chef Crafts Unusual Feasts in Menlo Park

Internationally renowned chef Roland Passot takes us into the kitchen at LB Steak in Menlo Park to show us how the meals are made.

It's the return of Foodie Fridays.

Every week we'll visit a chef on the Peninsula and ask him or her what they're cooking for dinner.

This week, Chef Roland Passot invited us into his newest restaurant, LB Steak in Menlo Park.

Go into the kitchen with us as he shows us a few dishes that might be on this season's menu in these PatchClips.

Everything looks so delicious! Can't decide which of those 3 dishes I'd like to try first :P

I was very curious about the salmon lollipops. The notion of a savory pop was unexpected. If I ate dairy, I would've tried it.
