The City of Menlo Park’s Environmental Programs Department is giving away free tote bags on Monday to celebrate Earth Day.

You can pick up a free reusable bag at City Hall, the Senior Center, the Recreation Center, or any of the libraries, according to the EPD’s Facebook Page.

Earth Day marks the beginning of a new era for shopping in Menlo Park, as the plastic bag ban takes effect on April 22.
