Facebook Gets Hacked

Carpenters built a 3D "HACK" sign out of wood and placed it in front of Facebook's new headquarters, located at 1601 Willow Road in Menlo Park, California.

Tim Belonax, a member of the Facebook Communications Design team, made the sign for funsies, according to a Facebook employee familiar with the matter.

He built it in the Analog Research Lab, an on-campus facility with machines for woodworking, screen printing, and other functions. The sign was placed outside during a campus hackathon last week.

So happy that story about Google killing the Google Reader app was a joke. Google Reader is myRead More favorite way to read the Menlo Park Patch. Without Google Reader, I would miss all the great articles here.
