Disabled Train Causing Caltrain Delays

Mechanical issues in San Francisco started the chain of events.

Caltrain is reporting southbound delays this morning after a train was taken out of service. Southbound train No. 332 was terminated at the Bayshore station in San Francisco after it experienced mechanical problems, Caltrain spokeswoman Christine Dunn said.

Passengers on the disabled train are being transferred to another train. The problem also slowed southbound train No. 134, which is nine minutes late, Dunn said.

Northbound trains are also delayed by 2-8 minutes according to Caltrain's Twitter account.
