Alys Grace, an upscale boutique on Santa Cruz Avenue, is offering customers 25 percent off this weekend to commemorate the third anniversary of the big fire that burned the store three years ago.
The anniversary of a fire that ravaged your retail store may not seem like cause to celebrate, but it is for , an upscale, designer boutique downtown on Santa Cruz Avenue.
Three years ago, on St. Patrick's Day, a fire broke out in the store's former location on Chestnut Street. However, the Menlo Park boutique has since found a new home at 899-B Santa Cruz Ave., and is once again a popular destination for downtown shoppers.
Well, that sounds like a reason to celebrate now, doesn't it?

This Saturday and Sunday, March 17 and 18, the Alys Grace team is offering 25 percent off any one regularly-priced item, and taking all of its 50-percent-off clearance items down another notch to 75 percent off.
The sale will also be taking place at Alys Grace's Burlingame location.
