Menlo Park Halloween Hoopla

Families are invited to Menlo Park's Halloween Hoopla.

The Halloween Costume Parade begins at 11:45 a.m. at Arrillaga Family Recreation Center and travels to Fremont Park. From 12:30 to 3 p.m., ghouls and goblins can trick-or-treat at participating downtown businesses, or stay in Fremont Park for crafts and a magic show. All participants will receive a free trick-or-treat bag.
