Sunday Garage Sale Guide

Growing up, my mom, my aunt, and I would spend weekend mornings cruising to garage sales around town, looking for interesting things to acquire. Most of the time we didn't really need anything specific. It was mostly an excuse to run around town and hang out.

We would wake up in the wee hours of the morning to hunt through the local media to see where they were, so we could get there as soon as they started.

"We gotta get there before the vultures do, otherwise all the good stuff is gone," as my Aunt Margot used to say.  

I was going to begin publishing a Weekend Garage Sale Guide next Friday. But, I heard about some that are going on tomorrow. So here's a preview of Weekend Garage Sale Guide. Let's call it the Special Edition Sunday Garage Sale Guide.

This one's a moving sale with mostly furniture for sale.

Mark said you'll find things there from his place, Terry's place, mom's place, and his sister's place.

"There is an entire garage stacked floor to ceiling, plus more that's been stored inside," he said.
