Teacher Needs Help in the “Wild Zone”

Volunteers needed at Oak Knoll Elementary in Menlo Park.

Recess volunteers are needed at Oak Knoll Elementary School in Menlo Park this week and for the rest of the school year.

Science teacher Ms. Solomon needs help monitoring students who play in the “Wild Zone,” which is an area where children can immerse themselves in the natural environment.

The time commitment would be from 11:45a.m.-1 p.m. weekly or monthly.  The students are in first through fifth grades.

Interested parties should contact Andrea Potischman. Only parents with children enrolled at the school should inquire.

So happy that story about Google killing the Google Reader app was a joke. Google Reader is myRead More favorite way to read the Menlo Park Patch. Without Google Reader, I would miss all the great articles here.
