Halloween Spooky Carnival

On Wednesday, October 30, 2013 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Onetta Harris Community Center will be hosting our annual Halloween Spooky Carnival. Come enjoy an evening of Halloween-inspired carnival games and activities. There will be games and snacks at this free event, so don't miss out on all the spooky fun!
